At John Hodge Solicitors we understand that clients facing divorce or financial disputes following the breakdown of a relationship are likely to be experiencing a period of emotional and financial turmoil.  We are therefore delighted to announce that, in partnership with Iceberg Client Credit LLP, we may be able to ease that financial turmoil whilst providing clients with first class legal advice.

Client Credit from Iceberg is an online payment account from which Iceberg Client Credit LLP will pay fee notes, disbursements and VAT directly to John Hodge Solicitors as they fall due for work undertaken in a client’s case.  Clients are expected to make a monthly contribution towards their costs, in an arrangement similar to a monthly credit card payment.  Contributions are at a minimum rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance and clients using the Iceberg system can choose to pay more than the minimum payment or repay the entire balance at any stage without penalty.

Iceberg Client Credit is not suitable for everybody and is subject to a credit application.  Suitability very much depends upon each client’s individual circumstances.
