I am a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives; I joined John Hodge Solicitors in 1971 and qualified in 1979.
What is your specialist area of law?
I specialise in Probate, Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Tax.
What do you offer clients of John Hodge Solicitors?
Over thirty years experience in law and so an insight into the common and not so common issues that arise, helping me to foresee and avoid potential problems.
With a genuine interest in each case and client, I provide an enthusiastic and determined approach, ensuring an excellent service is provided. I am also flexible and am happy to make home visits when clients are unable to travel.
Do you belong to any Panels or Associations which show you have reached a notable level of expertise and experience in your specialist area of law?
I am a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP); members of which are the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.
What do you think makes a good lawyer?
Having a genuine interest in the law and in being able to help clients understand what's behind the advice being given.
