I am a solicitor and I qualified in 2004, joining John Hodge Solicitors in the same year. I became an Associate in 2009.
What is your specialist area of law?
I specialise in providing advice for the elderly and cover all areas of financial planning including:
- Wills
- Tax Planning
- Administration of Estates
- Attorneyships
- Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
What do you offer clients of John Hodge Solicitors?
I advocate an open and friendly approach to clients, doing my best to put them at ease as soon as possible.
Guiding clients through complex and sensitive issues is very much part of the work I do, clients are always appreciative of a "keep it simple" approach.
I offer home visits as well as out of hours appointments, and do my utmost to make sure the client has a positive experience.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I have always found law interesting and still do to this day. I enjoy the daily challenges my role brings and the sense of achievement I get when a client goes away happy with the service they have received.
