We are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Case Handler or Paralegal to join our well established team in Weston-super-Mare. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of a varied caseload of multi-track and fast-track EL, PL and RTA. Some experience of clinical negligence and industrial disease work would be an advantage but not essential. The successful candidate will work alongside two qualified solicitors and their support.
We look to provide a quality service to private clients in Bristol and Somerset. The role would provide the opportunity to have direct client contact with a manageable caseload.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with good IT skills.
The role will also include assisting the Partners with the development and continued growth of the Dispute Resolution Department in Bristol and Somerset.
