Solicitor

Tell us about yourself

I am a Solicitor; I qualified in 2004 and started working for John Hodge Solicitors in 2007.

What is your specialist area of law?

I specialise in Administration of Estates, Wills, advice for older clients, Court of Protection applications and Powers of Attorney.

Do you belong to any Panels or Associations which show you have reached a notable level of expertise and experience in your specialist area of law?

I am a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly; a national organisation committed to providing and promoting strong, independent legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their family and carers.

What do you offer clients of John Hodge Solicitors?

A friendly, approachable service which is tailor made to each individual and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

I will make home visits if clients are unable to travel to our office.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Being able to pass on my knowledge of the law. The challenge of making difficult and confusing matters more understandable for my clients is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.

A Message for clients:

“Delivering a quality service is all part of our daily routine at John Hodge Solicitors. We treat each person and their case as an individual and give a personalised service so that our clients never feel as if they are just another number and their case is simply being ‘processed’. At John Hodge Solicitors we acknowledge that one size rarely fits all.”
