- Annual Leave: We will offer a monthly 2hr flexi-time allowance to assist with your work-life balance, as well as an Annual Leave Structure where you will see incremental increases based on your length of service. We close our offices between Christmas and New Year to allow for a well-deserved break, and extra days are gifted to you for this period by the firm. We will encourage you to take regular breaks throughout the year to switch off and re-charge so you remain at your best.

The nature of our service requires us to be substantially office based but we do offer hybrid working options where appropriate to allow an element of home working.
