Fixed Fee

Whilst costs may be increasing, we are able to offer a fixed fee for assistance and advice for someone seeking to commence a divorce. The fixed fee shall cover advice and assistance from the start of the consideration of the divorce all the way to the end of the divorce. A divorce can be a stressful and confusing time as it is, we hope that our fixed fee for assisting you with a divorce can help provide some certainty in what is likely an uncertain time.

For other work around a divorce, financial disputes, drafting of agreements/orders and/or children matters we do not currently offer a fixed fee but can usually provide an estimate for how much our assistance may be for your particular case. Our divorce fixed fee does not cover work associated with financial disputes/agreements associated with a divorce.

If you wanted to find out more about the fixed fee, or other estimates for family law issues, you may wish to utilise a free half hour appointment with one of our experts. We have offices in Bridgwater, Bristol, Clevedon, Weston-super-Mare, Wedmore and Yatton. Free half hour appointment can be held in person, over the phone or online just let us know which method may be easiest for you.

Free initial consultations and fixed fee(s) are subject to term & conditions, internal checks and availability.
