Maggie has almost 30 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and qualified as a Graduate Legal Executive in 2011. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx).

Maggie specialises in residential conveyancing and specifically

• Sales/purchase and remortgages of both freehold and leasehold properties
• Auction sales and purchases
• Acting for first-time buyers
• Clients wishing to either downsize or move up the property ladder
• Transfers of Equity on matrimonial agreements
