Tell us about yourself
I am a solicitor; I qualified in 2010 and joined John Hodge Solicitors in 2015. I became a Partner in 2020.
What is your specialist area of law?
I deal with all aspects of private client work such as Estate Administration, Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
What do you offer clients of John Hodge Solicitors?
I offer clients a bespoke, professional legal service in a friendly and reassuring manner. I am happy to visit clients at home if they are unable to travel to one of our offices.
What do you think makes a good lawyer?
The ability to listen to clients and adapt your advice according to each specific circumstance – after all, what will work for one client may not for the next.
Do you belong to any Panels or Associations which show you have reached a notable level of expertise and experience in your specialist area of law?
I am a full member of the Society for Trusts and Estates Practitioners. I am also a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
