Tell us about yourself
I am a Solicitor currently working in the Private Client Department. I joined John Hodge Solicitors in July 2022 after successfully completing the Legal Practice Course with Master’s at Cardiff University and achieving a Distinction. Prior to this, I completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at Cardiff University, achieving a Distinction, and graduated from Cardiff University with a First Class with Honours Degree in International Relations and Politics.
What is your specialist area of law?
In the Private Client Department, I deal with the drafting and execution of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration.
What do you offer clients of John Hodge Solicitors?
I aim to provide clients with a professional legal service that is delivered in a friendly, compassionate, and reassuring manner.
What do you think makes a good lawyer?
I believe that a good lawyer needs to not only have the relevant legal knowledge and skills, but also the ability to truly understand the goals and circumstances of each client to ensure that the advice provided is specific to each client and is delivered clearly and concisely.
What do you most enjoy about your role?
The opportunity to meet with clients to get to know them and their circumstances, and the opportunities to learn and develop through the variety of work that I deal with.
