I am a Solicitor in the Private Client Department. I qualified as a Solicitor in February 2016 and began working with John Hodge Solicitors in June 2023.
I studied my Law Degree at the University of Exeter and my Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (Bristol).
I won the Cook’s & Hatchard’s Law prize for Somerset’s top Trainee Solicitor for 2016.
Private Client work including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax Planning Advice, Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
I enjoy meeting with clients and being able to provide them with tailored advice, based on their own personal circumstances. I find it very rewarding to be able to use my skills to help clients through difficult situations and offer a professional legal service in a personable manner. I am happy to visit clients at home if they are unable to attend one of our offices.
To be a good private client lawyer you need to have an interest in people and their affairs, whilst acting with discretion and empathy.
I enjoy the variety of work and challenges that come with my role and I gain satisfaction helping clients in often stressful and difficult times.
I am an experienced Private Client Solicitor and thrive on providing a professional, efficient and friendly service.
At John Hodge Solicitors we provide a service that is professional yet approachable and tailored to your specific needs.
When I am not working, I enjoy days out with my young family and baking cakes.
